If you are unhappy or dissatisfied with the product before wearing or washing, please contact us at StandOutLiveOriginal@gmail.com or click “Contact Us” to arrange a return and refund.
You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 5 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value. We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout. To initiate a refund or exchange please fill out the form on the “Contact Us” tab of this website.
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. Once SOLO Detroit has clarification of your returned item the money will be refunded to you immediately.
